IT’S OVER: Ravi Dubey-Shiny Doshi’s Jamai Raja Ends
Jamai Raja, which traced the love stories of Ravi Dubey, is set to go off air this week, ended on a happy note with the cast and crew performing a pooja and partying thereafter
Alls well that ends well.
The cast of Jamai Raja has shot the last few scenes for the final episode to be
aired this Friday. As of yesterday’s episode we know that Mahi (Shiny Doshi) is pregnant with
twins but has been advised to undergo an abortion due to complications. She
decided to continue with the pregnancy, while her husband, Satya (Ravi
Dubey) is in darkness regarding the complications.
The final episode will witness Satya begging Lord Ganesha to save his
wife from dying, else he will lose faith in God and religion. In answer to his
prays, a flower falls on him.
While speaking to the media, Shiny thanked all her fans for supporting her
efforts in the show, as well as complimented the cast and crew for all their
hard work. Shw went ahead and showed off her ‘Oscar Award’ that show producer,
Meenakshi Sagar gave her.
Ravi has said that the show was terrific and he had evolved a lot during the
tenure of the show. He also said that the pooja they organised on the last day
of the shoot was a thanksgiving to the Almighty for blessing them since the
inception of the show in 2014.
The television drama that airs on Zee TV will bid adieu to its audience
this Friday, March 3. The show traced the journey of the ‘jamai’ Sidharth
Khuraana (Ravi Dubey) who tries his best in order to marry Roshini (Nia
Sharma). It also showed the relationship shared between the two and Roshini’s
mother mother DD a.k.a. Durga Devi Patel (Achint Kaur).
Post the demise of the two lead characters last year, the 3rd season followed the
journey of their son Satya/ Karanvir (essayed by Ravi Dubey) and Mahi the daughter of Roshini’s
friend Niel (essayed by Indraneil Sengupta).
We wish the cast and crew of Jamai Raja all the luck for their future
endeavours.
